- The Carboxyl Magnetic Bead is structured with Fe3O4 inner core and SiO2 shell layer. The silica surface was modified with a carboxyl group and can be covalently coupled with biomolecules or biomarkers to process specific binding applications, such as antibody and antigen interaction, as well as the immobilization of ligands such as proteins, peptides, carbohydrates or other specific molecules through amide-bond formation with carbodiimide-activated carboxylic acid groups.

- Storage Buffer:
- In deionized water.
- Storage Instruction:
- Store at 4°C. (Do not Freeze and Dry magnetic beads.). Precautions should be taken to prevent bacterial contamination of the beads.
