- No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, Guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins. Specificity was confirmed using ELISA at less than 1.0% cross reactivity against IgG proteins purified from the species listed above.

- This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography, followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
- Recommend Usage:
- The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

- In 20 mM KH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% sodium azide)
- Storage Instruction:
- Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C.Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Minimum cross reactivity to bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat, sheep.
